I requested a room with two queen-size beds, and I was pleased with the spacious accommodation and comfortable beds provided. The hotel boasts a modern décor and a staff that is both efficient and friendly. What sets this hotel apart is its unique location within an open-concept mall, surrounded by a variety of stores and restaurants, offering guests a convenient and enjoyable experience.

My wife and I loved the room, and the view! We also loved the distance from all of the restaurants and outings. The customer service from the staff was also awesome, a young lady from the front desk assisted me with surprising my wife. She helped out with the delivery of the edible arrangement. The Starbucks and the two nice restaurants in the lobby were a huge bonus!

The facility was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff was exceptionally kind and professional. Even the shuttle drivers were both extremely friendly and the general manager as well. We flew in for a business trip and if we return to this city, we will definitely stay at this location. Thank you for a great stay.

General location is good but you need to drive through a shopping center to get to it or a road full of potholes for 30 seconds between the smooth roads. Highpoint is the beautiful view from the pool area on the top floor. Pool is closed for the winter but you can still enjoy the panoramic view.
